Queen Mathilde had a meeting with the "Belgian Cancer Registry", a foundation that registers different types of cancer and their screenings.
In spite of the terror attacks that had just taken place in Brussels the meeting continued because the participants had already arrived at the palace. However King Philippe did not take part (as was initially planned).
